aiSysMet: AI-Powered Platform for Systems Metabolomics

aiSysMet is an AI-powered platform for metabolomics data analysis and multimodal data integration. It comprises four packages: (1) MetCraft for processing LC-MS metabolomics data, including peak detection; (2) MetaboQuest for metabolite annotation through mass-based searches, spectral matching, molecular formula prediction, and compound fingerprint prediction; (3) ImgCraft for medical imaging analysis; and (4) IntSys for biomarker discovery through integrative analysis of multi-omics and imaging data. Its web-based interface enables users to import data, select modules from these packages, and build customized analysis pipelines that run on remote computing resources.
