Application Software Developer 

Are you a software developer who would like to work for a start-up company? Do you want to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team consisting of computational scientists, engineers, and biomedical researchers with extensive experience in omics studies and bioinformatics for biomarker and drug discovery? Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cloud-based tools and web applications

• Develop bioinformatics applications

• Deploy machine learning applications

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python

• Experience with front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, and CSS)

• Familiarity with databases such as mySQL and DynamoDB

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or expect to complete degree within one year with one of the following majors: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Math, or Physics

Additional experience in the following areas is a plus:

• Bioinformatics and deep/machine learning background

• R programming language

• Collaboration tools for developers
